It is a civic association officially registered with Egypt's Ministry of Social Solidarity under No. 5342 of 25 May 2014 (unified registry No. 23031010102642), regularized under Civic Work Law No. 149 of 2019. It supports the Moroccan community in Egypt socially, culturally and legally.
Membership is open to members of the Moroccan community residing in Egypt — students, families and professionals. The League also welcomes cooperation with Egyptian friends and institutions through partnerships and joint activities.
Simply fill in the online form on the membership page. Fees are EGP 170 for the first year and EGP 120 for annual renewal, payable via InstaPay to +201000382649 (name: Fatima, the League's treasurer).
The League operates in twelve accredited fields, including social assistance, cultural services, health services and human rights. In practice it offers legal consultations, medical-tourism guidance, social support, and cultural and national activities.
The League's guidance and social services are free for the community; the only fees are the optional annual membership fees. Specialized services provided by partners (such as lawyers' fees or medical costs) follow the rules of the bodies concerned.
Thanks to the partnership agreement with the National Association of Lawyers in Morocco, the League directs you to partner lawyers for residency, documentation, personal-status and other matters. Contact us via WhatsApp or the contact form with a brief outline of your case.

The League coordinates with the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in Cairo and partners with the National Association of Lawyers in Morocco, the University of Competences and the Federation of Moroccan Skills, alongside official and civic institutions in both countries.
